We are J. Mark and Emma Frederick, serving as intentional interim pastors. In November we moved to Quakertown, PA from Lakewood, Colorado, where we served at Glennon Heights Mennonite Church for almost 2 years. It is good to be back in our home. As we learned to say in Mexico, “Aquí tiene su casa” (Here you have your house). So stop in to see us. This is our third transitional pastorate. Before entering this type of ministry, we spent two separate terms as missionaries in Mexico. Between those 2 times, J. Mark served twelve years as pastor of Salem Mennonite Church in Quakertown, and Emma taught preschool at GrandView Hospital Children’s Center. We have 4 married children and 9 grandchildren living in Puebla, Mexico, Fulks Run, VA, Colorado Springs, CO and Souderton, PA. We come to Perkasie Mennonite Church with enthusiasm, eager to see how God will work among us during this time of transition. We invite you to our various congregational events and to worship with us.
