The Perkasie Patchwork Coffeehouse is a ministry of the Perkasie
Mennonite Church. Come see some of the best performers available up
close and personal in an intimate setting.
Main performer - Tom Chapin has maintained two long and productive parallel careers, both as a highly respected contemporary folk artist and as a pioneer in the field of children's music. In the former role, Chapin has established a reputation for insightful, heartfelt songcraft and effortlessly charismatic live performances. In the latter, he continues to engage the hearts, inds and imaginations of young listeners with witty, life-affirming original songs delivered in a sophisticated array of musical styles. In either format, Chapin's infectious songs, sterling musicianship and personal warmth consistently shine through.
Opening act is Phil Stahl, a singer songwriter fromsoutheastern Pa., offering warm, friendly, heartfelt music.
Special prices for our March evening concert - $12 for adults, $9 for adults 65 and over, 2-16 $6. Delicious, low-cost desserts and drinks are available. Our building
is handicap accessible. The doors open at 7:00 and performances begin
at 7:30.
All sales at door, no advance sales, no reservations.
A portion of our proceeds supports: Mennonite Central Committee Livestock
program - From Asia to Africa and the Middle East, animal projects help
families earn money and put more food on the table. Patchwork also
accepts donations of nonperishable items for Pennridge FISH at all our concerts.
In addition to the evening adult show and there will be an afternoon family show at 2 pm.
